V-GT Decklid & Wing Blade
The V-GT rear decklid and wing serves several purposes to maximize the performance of the 997. The V-GT decklid has been
specially designed with integrated 1-piece dual ram air scoops that channel air into the engine compartment during high speed driving. The carbon
fiber structure of the decklid also reduces the weight of the rear while retaining superior strength & rigidity.
The V-GT lightweight carbon fiber wing blade further optimizes aerodynamics and air flow with its more aggressive wing profile that can be adjusted at different
angles to provide the customized levels of downforce for specific racing and track events.
Vorsteiner’s Carbon Fiber Honeycomb Matrix (CFHM) structure gives our parts superior stiffness, strength & durability
compared to traditional hand laid carbon fiber and fiberglass materials.
